Delivery Information

• We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of order confirmation and the payment being received.
• Any orders made on Friday after 12pm may not be processed until Monday.
• We will send you a confirmation of your processed order via email along with any updates such as tracking information.
• Orders can only be dispatched between Monday to Friday
• Please allow 3-5 working days for orders to reach you in UK. If you do not receive your order after 5 working days, please email us info@abayaandjilbab.com and quote your
• order confirmation number.
• Please ensure that you double check your shipping address is correct and someone is available to receive and sign for your order.

Delivery charges within UK - £10 for a box up to 25kg / Normally each pack of abaya is between 4 to 5kg.

All bulk orders within U.K. of 1 or more packs will be sent by DPD tracker at a cost of £10 (up to 25kg box) Please discuss for more delivery options available directly with us.
