Contract:
The buyer needs to contact alharam to discuss their needs and then can place an order which will be confirmed by Alharam when the payment has been accepted. 

Returns:
All returns or faulty products will have to be discussed with a member of the Alharam team before returning the goods. 

Payment:
All payments need to be discussed with the Alharam team before proceeding with the order

Cancellation of order:
All cancellation requests must be discussed with the Alharam team 24 hours before shipping. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after the goods have been shipped
